اما مثل اینکه مشکل نمی خواد دست از سرم برداره
اکنت جدید ساختم از کشور آمریکا.اطلاعات محلی را هم وارد کردم اما حالا که کد redeem را وارد می کنم اینبار ارور 801613fb را میده که در ساپورت سایت ایکس باکس نوشته باید 24 ساعت صبر کنید بعد وارد کنید اگه نشد باید این کار را بکیند:
Status code: 801613fb: Wait 24 hours and try again. If the card does not work 24 hours after purchase, please take the card back to the retailer and ask them to activate it.

جالبه دو روزه سرکارم شدید :d

می دونید منظورشون چیه؟

فکر می کنم اصلا درست جوابتو نداده (البته اگه دقیقا متن ارور رو فرستاده باشی)
چون گفته ارورتون رو از بین اینا ببینید و راه حلش رو بخونید اون آخرش در مورد پاسخ دادن بشون گفته من پیشنهاد می کنم یه e-mail دیگه بزنی وبگی که ارور من توی این موارد نبود(البته من که داشتم می دیدم ارور رو ندیدیم شاید هم اشتباه کرده باشم و ارور رو داخلش گفته باشه)
البته یه قسمت اشاره کرده که بعضی از کارت ها باید طی 24 ساعت توسط فروشنده فعال بشند ولی این رو تو ارور خودت هم گفته
 
به نظر من هم ارورت خیلی شبیه به همونیه که توی جوابش گفته باید بری پیش فروشنده و ازش بخوای اکانت رو اکتیو کنه و 24 صبر کنی و ازینجور حرفها. میگه بعضی از کدها نیاز دارن که اکتیو بشن و... من جات بودم به پشتیبانیه جایی که ازش خریدم خیلی جدی گیر میدادم که مشکل از شماست و یا درستش کنید یا یکی دیگه بدید. یعنی طوری صحبت کنی که 100% مطمئنی که مشکل از فروشنده ست و مایکروسافت هم تایید کرده و فروشنده باید اکانت رو درست کنه. اگر قبول نکردن این یه تیکه متن رو براش بفرست:

از دیروز تا به حال پشتیبان سایت ایکس باکس 3 تا ایمیل زدن به من که این کدت را باید retailer (فروشنده؟)فعال کنه.به فروشنده گفتم گفت از ارور در خود کنسول عکس بگیر بفرست به من.این کار را کردم اما از دیروز تا به حال هرچی زنگ میزنم به فروشنده جواب نمیده.
جالبه الآن پشتیبان سایت ایکس باکس ایمیل زده که ما دیگه نمیتونیم و نمیشه که از طریق ایمیل شما را راهنمایی کنیم،شما باید به ما تلفن بزنید :d حسابشو بکنید منکه حرف زدن فارسی رو خوب بلد نیستم :d زنگ بزنم به اونا...چه شود.
ولی مورد مهم اینه که تو کنسول میگه که کدت 1600 پوینت داره اما وقتی Redeem now را میزنم پیغام خطا میده!
آقا 25 هزار دادیم دود شد رفت رو هوا.البته بازم پیگیری می کنم

الآن زنگ زدم به فروشنده گفت پیغام خطای شما را فرستادیم به پشتیبان ایکس باکس(فکر کنم همینو گفت)برای پیگیری.ایشون که گفت مشکل حل میشه [-o<

یعنی چی 1600 پوینت داره شاید کدی که بهت داده فروشنده برای پوینت بوده نه گلد کارت!

دوست عزیز point که ربطی به اکانت اصلی (Gold) نداره با پوینت مثلا 1600 میشه دو تا بازی مثل NFS یا fifa که آنلاین باید حتما پوینت داشته باشی تا بتونی ثابت بازی کنی (البته دو روز رایگان اجازه بازی بهت میده) یا با پویت میشه گیمر تگ مخصوص گرفت یا از فروشگاه لایو بازی یا فیلم یا موزیک دانلود کنید

چرا کفری؟؟;)
اولا bc 2 vietnam هم یک dlc هستش بعدشم بله میشه توی هر پروفایلی که بخواید اجراش کنید.
