Still, faced with a game whose story is ultimately about forgiveness - of one's own past misdeeds, and those of others - we're willing to look kindly on its few shortcomings. Yes, occasionally it's a bit too much, its 'everything, everywhere, all at once' MO meaning it's better experienced in shorter play sessions. Whether this is the best Spider-Man game will likely be debated at length, but in so vividly capturing the intensity of the superhero experience, it is unquestionably the best Spider-Man simulator​

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 touches on huge progressiveness on the outskirts of its story, but similar to the big-budget retellings of the wall-crawler, it could go so much further. We've seen Spidey do New York so much before, and it's a total undeniable classic. But with great power, comes great responsibility. A responsibility to push forward culture, representation, opinion, and acceptance. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has made a great start, but we have so much further to go.

Insomniac Games has proven once again that they know exactly how to make a superhero game work. By capitalizing on the excellent elements they already perfected in the first game and expansion they have made the experience in Spider-Man 2 all the more enjoyable by expanding upon it in nearly every way while not going overboard.

فکر کنم دیگه پرونده متای بازی بسته شد و احتمالا دیگه نقدی باقی نمونده باشه ، مگر اینکه یکی بیاد و در متای بازی رو باز کنه و یه نارجکی ول بده تو و فرار کنه

Insomniac once again delivers an authentic Spider-Man experience with Spider-Man 2. With improvements across the board from previous installments and an expanded New York City to explore, any Spidey fan will enjoy this game. Even if you are not a fan or haven't played the previous games, Spider-Man 2 brings an amazing open-world experience that can make anyone a fan of Peter and Miles​

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is truly a result of great power used with a great responsibility. It is one of the most enjoyable and fun games I have ever played. Even with its predictable story, it is an audio-visual masterpiece that is full of love and passion for what this superhero represents. A truly great experience​

Hey Poor Player 8/10

There’s still a ton of things to like about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Insomniac wisely kept the formula that worked so well in place and expanded it, removing a lot of what didn’t work and filling it in with new side content to leave players with plenty to do. There are few open-world games that are anywhere near as engaging, in large part because so few of them can capture the genuine joy of simply moving through the world in the way these games do. That so much of the game’s content has been broken down into its best parts makes it all the more frustrating, though, when the game continues to make a few major mistakes it’s been making since the very first entry. Still, any fans of the first two games will have a blast​
