While not the Nemesis, Regina has to settle for a T-Rex that’s constantly chasing her, seeking a snack. Though every encounter with it is terrifying – because it’s a massive lumbering reptile that can easily devour her – the first is perhaps the most significant. After locating a survivor, who subsequently dies, Regina unlocks a panel behind the desk. Time to leave…except the T-Rex suddenly smashes through the window, devouring the corpse and attempt to reach Regina. A few shots will make it leave but alas, this is only the beginning.
After a long wait, Sony finally revamped PS Plus by transforming it into a three-tiered service. While each tier offers players different features, the most expensive one, PS Plus Premium, allows players to revisit their favorite titles from the PS1 and PS2 eras. Of course, since its launch, the Classics Catalog has featured iconic games such as Resident Evil, Ape Escape, and many more. However, there is still so much PS Plus Premium could offer, including another Capcom franchise called Dino Crisis.
Dino Crisis 2 is an original, enjoyable experience that can no longer be considered just another entry into the survival-horror genre.
This title avoids the stereotypes of the genre and delivers one of the most refreshing takes on the third-person action shooter to date
#12. Dino Crisis
Release Data: Capcom, 1999
Genre: Action Adventure » Survival
Dino Crisis is less disturbing than the Resident Evil series, but possibly more frightening since each of the creatures in Dino Crisis hold about the same shock value as the Dobermans did in Resident Evil.
The storyline is sound, and the replay value is high, with three different endings to reveal and a multitude of secrets to find.
Horror genre will like this PS1 game. Dino Crisis is developed by the team which was behind Resident evil.
The plot starts with Secret Operation Raid Team (SORT) sending an agent Tom to investigate a death. A renowned world scientist who died under mysterious circumstances was reported dead three years ago.
SORT has four agents, Regina, Gail, Rick, and Cooper. You play Regina at the beginning of your journey. After landing on the mission location, one of the team members is killed by a wilderness predator.
