Michael T.: So what is your PS Vita doing right now?
Sam Darabi: It's Ok,after that error code that tried to shut down my vita,i just turn it on and everythings back to normal again,i even played around 5 hours and still good but i wonder why what was that error code and why?
Michael T.: Were you able to finish the download and install the game?
Sam Darabi: Everything was normal i was playing that game and suddenly the screen turn into black and gave me that error code
Sam Darabi: Ummm no no it wasn't about downloading the game,it was already installed on my psvita and i was playing that till saw the black screen and error code
Sam Darabi: Even i played that over the week
Michael T.: Sometimes the system may run into corrupted data and need to be restarted. If that happens again, I would access Safe Mode and run a rebuild database.
Sam Darabi: All i just want to know what was that and possible to see it again? everything is fine here

Sam Darabi: Yeah i know but it didnt go to the safe mode just turn off my vita
Michael T.: There are two ways to get into Safe Mode on the PS Vita. To access Safe Mode on your Vita, press and hold the "R" button, PS button, and power button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Sam Darabi: and i turn it on and it was normal nothing really happened but still want to know that code and possible to see it again? totally what's this "C2-14185-9" ? can you explain? tnx
Michael T.: Or press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Michael T.: Unfortunately, that error code does not tell me anything and it might happen again. I would suggest that if you see it again, you try the steps I suggested.

Sam Darabi: so you supposed to....ummm it might be only "corrupted data " on the game suddenly and forced the device to turn it off
Sam Darabi: Please fix it for upcoming FW (3.1 maybe)
Sam Darabi: But device is fine and all downloaded games are running fine
