Colopl has announced that their upcoming smartphone RPG Project Babel is set to release sometime in 2019 within Japan, with a debut trailer for the project released via the game's official
Project Babel is an upcoming mobile RPG by Colopl, the company that brought us games like Dragon Project, Bakuretsu Monster and Alice Gear Aegis. From the trailer, the game features amazing CG cinematic cut scenes that are directed by Kazushige Nojima who worked on Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts and more. While the music was strung together by Hitoshi Sakimoto who worked on Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy Tactics and many more.
The game is said to be free-to-play along with some micro-transactions (it’s a mobile game, what would it be if without it?). As it is called Project Babel, we see an old tower that’s stretching out into the sky but it seemed to have toppled, slightly. Based off the biblical story of the Tower of Babel, that could be the base of the story which will then transpire into something deeper
Project Babel is shaping up to be something to watch, both in pedigree and aesthetic! No release date for the West has been confirmed as of yet, but we here at RPGFan will keep our ears to the ground!
منم چشمم رو میدوزم به اسمون بلکه خبری بشه !
