حالا دوتا بازی در این موارد وضع جالبی ندارند. اما خب حداقلش اینکه گیرز جدید چیزی که فن ها مدت ها میخواستند بوده. پس تا حدی میشه از کثافت بازیاشون چشم پوشی کرد.

منم نگفتم این قانونه تو جاهای دیگه دنیا. ولی همینکه به صورت اختیاری یا هر چیز دیگه ای چیزی به جز تخصص تو گرفتن یه شغل تاثیر داشته باشه، یعنی فرهنگ اشتباه و من اسمش رو میذارم سهمیه. نه حالا اینکه منظورم این باشه مثل سهمیه ایران تو قانون اومده باشه و اجباری باشه.خوب واقعیت اینکه نیست!
هیچکدوم ازین ظرفیت‌ها و سهمیه‌هایی که تو ذهنمون هست تو هیچ کجای قانونی نیست.
همینه که میگم تاثیر رسانه راست افراطی تو آلگوریتم ما (مخصوصا ما ایرانی‌ها) زیاد شده. یک دوره‌ای اومدن فقط و فقط (تا جاییکه یادمه) تو کالیفرنیا این قضیه رو برای کمپانی‌ها فورس کنن، که اونم فکر کنم دادگاه فدرال بود یا چیز جای دیگه غیرقانونی کردن. DEI هم یک مبحث کاملا اختیاری هست صرفا کمپانی‌ها خودشون دست به کار میشن برای اینکه فضای شرکت خودشون رو lgbtqi friendly نشون بدم.
در مورد European Union که قطعا همین هست چون من خودم شغلم HR هست تو شرکتی که نزدیک به ۵۰۰ تا کارمند داره نزدیک به ۳۰-۴۰ نفر ازین کامیونیتی هستند و من تو پروسه استخدام کارمندان هستم اصلا خبری ازین داستان‌هایی که در غالب داستان ترسناک تو سوشال مدیا به خورد مردم میدن نیست
اتفاقا خیلی هم سر داستان favoritism حساس هستن شرکت‌ها برای همین به هیچ عنوان همچین معیارهای رو قانونی نمیکنن تو گایدلاین استخدامیشون
