In co-op, the game works in a similar fashion to single-player Returnal. However, if players get too far apart, they will be tethered back together. This is to ensure that the focus remains on cooperative gameplay and both players feel connected to the fates of each other. If one of the players is downed, there is still hope: the other one has the option to revive them. But be wary that this will require some time investment, and in the heat of battle you’ll need to be mindful of the myriad surrounding threats, lest you join your fallen comrade in oblivion.​

True to our arcade roots, the Tower of Sisyphus is effectively our Endless mode. Players will strive to ascend the Tower as high as possible – however, much like the tragic story of Sisyphus, there is no end to the climb and players are tragically destined to meet their demise as the mode gets increasingly harder.​

Aside from the new levels, our new Boss and some new items to discover, there is also entirely new narrative content to be explored in the Tower as well. I won’t spoil anything here, but players will get another small glimpse into Selene’s haunting past and gain further insight into her state of mind.​

Each weapon will also have an alt-fire mode randomly assigned to it from our diverse pool, ranging from the electrical impulses of the Shockstream to the tentacles of the Tendrilpod, and everything in between.

These can be used without ever taking your finger off the trigger using the default control scheme: with the adaptive trigger on the DualSense controller, just press L2 halfway to aim down the sights and use the main fire of your weapon, and squeeze it all the way down to enter your alt-fire mode.

With 10 base weapons, more than 90 Weapon Traits (each with three levels)and 10 alt-fires, there are numerous weapon combinations to test out on your journey.

تقریبا دو ماه مونده تا عرضه

دیگه هرچی داشتن و نداشتن ریختن وسط واسه ساخت این بازی. نقطه قوت این تیم بدون شک طراحی گیم‌پلی بسیار سریع و نفسگیر + کلی پارتیکل و افکت مختلف و رنگارنگ که شمارو کاملا درگیر میکنن. خیلی وقتا حتی فرصت پلک زدن نیس و اینطور که مشخصه با ریترنال به اوج رسیدن و به لطف ۵ و دوال‌سنس دستشون بیشتر از قبلم باز هستش برای هرچه بهتر کردن گیم‌پلی.

به جز گرافیک دشمنها بقیه موارد اوکی بود. اسلحه های جالبی هم داشت

انصافا این استودیو خیلی حیفه. همین دو سه سال پیش یکی از بهترین بازیهای آرکید تاریخ رو ساخت (Nex Machina) به علاوه اینکه چندین بازی بی نظیر دیگه مثل Resogun و Alienation رو تو کارنامه دارن بعد هیچوقت از آیندشون مطمئن نباشن! امیدوارم سونی اینبار دیگه جدی بیاد وسط کار رو تموم کنه. هری کروگر به تنهایی چند صد میلیون دلار می‌ارزه.
