از قسمت فولدر آپشن فایل ها رو از حالت مخفی خارج کنید و به درایور ویندوز برید و در پوشه Program Data ، پوشه Origin رو پاک کنید ...

حالا سیستم رو یه ریست کنید و نسخه جدید Origin رو نصب کنید ....

من همین کارو کردم حتی فایل هاست ویندوز رو هم فیکس کردم اما فقط با چیلترشکن آن میشه !وقتی چیلترو میبندی بعد 10 مین اوریجین آف میشه باز!! من که 100% مطمئنم از طرف آی اس پیٍ !! دیگه نمیدونم چیکار کنم آی اس پی ام زنگ زدم آدمو میفرستن دنبال نخود سیاه

Hi All,

A number of people have reported that after updating to Origin 9.0 they are unable to connect to the Origin service. This is common after updates due to security software. If you had previously allowed Origin.exe as a trusted program in your security software you will need to remove those old permissions and add new ones for Origin 9.0.

Here are some basic steps to try first:
1. Make sure you completely exit and restart Origin before attempting to login again. If you have "Remember me" enabled or only access the Origin client via SSO (such as through Battlelog) please manually retype your OriginID and password.

2. Uninstall Origin completely, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Origin. If you have several games installed, make a copy of the Download Cache to your desktop. Delete any other files in that directory.
--- a. reboot and download the latest here: origin.com/download.
--- b. Install a fresh version of 9.0.
--- c. If you backed up your Download Cache, move it back into C:\ProgramData\Origin

Are you able to login now?

3. Rebooting the PC. This sounds silly to more savvy users but it has fixed some folks.

4. For users running ESET/NOD32 Security software. Please follow the workaround provided by VendettaREA

First of all go to your advanced settings

Then you should be here

Go to your "Protocol fitlering\Excluded Applications"

Now select the Origin.exe and the OriginService.exe

It is simple if you use the ESET SS 5. Enter the advanced setup and go to "Web and mail" option, expand the tree list and go to "protocol ******ing", expand the tree list once again and select "excluded applications". Now tick the "origin.exe" and the "originclientservice.exe". Thats it, the next time you log in it will connect.

***Just to be sure that everything will work correctly, remove any other version of Origin you might have, then download and install only the latest version.***

* Hi , i had the same problem: ESET Smart Scurity 5 is blocking Origin. Since last vesion of origin couldn't connect. ive been reserching quite a lot to see what the problem was and finally came across the solution. ESET SS v. 5 have an option in parental control to analice SSL pages. i dont know why but is blocking the https autenticate page of origin:
https://loginregistration.dm.origin.com/loginregistration/authenticate

I had to reinstall ESET SS 5 to live uncheck the * option.

* The problem is solved! ESET Smart security in a mode "firewall disable" all the same ******s SSL. If in options to disconnect filtration SSL or to add in an exception of a filtration ORIGIN - connection is established. The possible reason that certificate SSL Origin is incorrectly signed and ESET cannot prove key SSL and blocks connection with Origin. After this close all and try connecting with Origin again.

5. If you have done all this and STILL cannot login, please PM me if you would like to work with Origin Dev/Live Ops to diagnose your PC. If you are familiar with Teamviewer ( TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings ) we can set up a remote desktop session and take a look at your PC directly. This may give us clues to what is causing the issue for other folks.

اتفاقا من همه اینارو انجام دادم و آنتی ویروسمم ESET بود . اما نکته اینه که همه کسانی که این مشکل رو داشتند با قندشکن میتونستن آنلاین بشن پس یعنی هیچ فایروال یا آنتی ویروس و یا مشکلی از طرف اوریجین نبوده نیست و همه برمیگرده به آی اس پی .

سلام به همه دوستان من یه روشی پیدا کردم این نرم افزار تغییر Ip رو نصب کنید بعد select location رو روی auto select بگذارید راحت درست میشه
