E3 2008 Awards

[Good Boy]

سایت GamesRadar بهترین ها و بدترین های E3 2008 را انتخاب کرده که با هم می بینیم:

:Worst Moment

یکی از ضعیف ترین نمایش ها برای Capcom بود که هیچ چیزی نداشت و فقط اعلام شد که فیلم سینمایی Lost Planet در سال 2011 خواهد آمد.حتی حضور David Hayter و Avi Arad و Keiji Inafune هم کمکی نکرد و --بعد از 5 بار تکرار کردن این موضوع که برای آنها بسیار افتخار آمیز است که این فیلم ساخته خواهد شد-- واقعا خسته کننده شده بودند.

اگرچه نمایش Capcom بسیار ضعیف و بدون اعلام بازی جدیدی بود اما شاید بدترین نمایش در کنفرانس نینتندو اتفاق افتاد و آن هم سورپرایز بزرگ نینتندو یعنی Wii music بود.2 سال قبل که این بازی برای اولین بار نشان داده شده بود هم همین دستگاه Drum داخل بازی نشان داده شد.

غایب بزرگ:

حتما به یاد دارید که نینتندو بر اساس شایعه های زیادی که در همه جا پخش شده بود , قرار بود که یک عنوان بزرگ را در E3 امسال معرفی کند ولی این موضوع اتفاق نیفتاد.امیدواریم که این اتفاق در Tokyo Game Show رخ بدهد و الا دیوانه خواهیم شد!

بزرگترین فرصتی که از دست رفت! :

کنفرانس سونی از نظر ظاهری خیلی زیبا بود , 60 تلویزیون بزرگ که زیبایی خاصی بخشیده بود اما از آنها استفاده خوبی نشد!
ما میدانستیم که بازی God of War III اعلام شده و به نمایش در خواهد آمد ولی انتظار آن را نداشتیم که تنها چند تخته سنگ بزرگ و صخره به ما نشان بدهند.چند گیم پلی از بازی نشان بدهید و ما را هیجان زده بکنید چون:

بزرگترین سوتی امسال E3 توسط David Reeves --رئیس سونی در اروپا-- در هنگام اعلام کردن بازی Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty بود که به اشتباه گفته شد "Request for Booty" و وقتی دوباره خواست که تصحیح کند گفت که “Quest for Beauty” !
تصور می کنیم که ایشان بیشتر علاقه مند به بازی کردن “Request for Booty” هستند!

دنیای Fallout دقیقا همینه. هیچ امیدی باقی نمانده و از جهنم هم مرده تر شده. با بلاهای که سر مردم و موجودات اومده در طول 200 سال بعداز جنگ بزرگ، دیگر هیچ کس جز بقا به چیز دیگری فکر نمی کند. در Fallout 3 بقا عنصر بسیار مهمی است. وقتی کارکتر بازی و مردم مجبور می شوند از آب توالت بنوشد یا به Cannibalism روی بیاورند، چه انتظاری میشه داشت؟ راهزنان و آدمشکان به راحتی همه جا می چرخند. آینده ی Fallout، با Gears و بقیه بازی ها فرق دارد که انسان ها در آن با هم متحد شده اند تا با دشمنی دیگر بجنگند. در Fallout هیچ اتحادی وجود ندارد و دشمن خود انسان ها هستند. آن موجودات سبز رنگ هیولا و بیگانه نیستند. آنها هم انسانند که رادیو اکتیوشان زیاد شده و دولت آمریکا هم کمی ویروس بهشان تزریق کرده!

فكر ميكني اينقدر نا اميدي براي يك بازي خوبه؟ چون من فكر ميكنم انسا با سه چيز زندگي ميكنه : مرگ ، ايمان و اميد حالا هر كدوم كه گرفته بشه باعث ميشه انسان ديگه نتونه به زندگيش ادامه بده. البته اين نظر من ها و نبود اميد يعني نبود زندگي ... باز از لحاظ نظر من ...
بعدش هم من فكر ميكنم اين سايت به اين دليل به G.O.W 2 اين امتياز داده كه مثل من شايد باورش نميشده كه بتونه اينقدر نسبت به نسخه اولش پيش رفت كنه.

من فكر ميكنم Resistance 2 و G.O.W 2 بهترين هاي E3 بودند.

آخه Killzone 2 درست 3 سال هستش که در E3 نمایش داده میشه (همینطور در TGS و GC )
برای همین منتقدان دیگه اون گرافیک باور نکردی و بی نظیر این بازی براشون تقریبا عادی شده و همونطوری که گفتم منتقدان همیشه دنبال بازیهای جدیدن و اونها بیشتر مورد توجهشون قرار میگیرن
ضمنا خیلی ها قبل از عرضه MGS4 هم همین چیزا رو میگفتن که بازی خوبی از آب درنمیاد و احساسشون بهشون میگه این بازی بده !!! :biggrin1: مثالش :

ولی وقتی که بازی اومد و امتیازهای بالای سایتها و مجلات رو گرفت احساسون رو نسبت به این بازی تغییر دادن ! :biggrin1:
این Killzone 2 هم درست مثل همون قضیه MGS4 هستش
(اول نظرات جالب و پر احساس ! و بعد از عرضه بازی نظرات خشنگ خشنگ ! )

خب معمولا بازیهای بدبخت در انحصار 360 هستن ! :biggrin1البته اگه از بازیهای ناامید کننده ای مثل Haze و Lair روی PS3 بُگذریم :biggrin1

اینم از اون حرفا بود ! شما هم مثل اینکه به حرکات وارو علاقه مند شدی ! :biggrin1:
توقع نداری که بیان تو یک ویدئو هوش مصنوعی آنچنانی رو نشون بدن (ضمن اینکه این ویدئو ها بیشتر برای نشون دادن گرافیک و گیم پلی فوق العاده ی این بازیه) هوش مصنوعی هم حتما تا عرضه بازی درست میشه

در مورد Fable 2 کم لطفی کردی ولی با بقیه حرفات موافقم.:biggrin1:

Resistance 2 هم نمایش بسیار خوبی داشت ولی واقعا از نظر گرافیکی انتظار بیشتری ازش میرفت.البته این تریلر اخر IGN جای خود دارد.

من هم قبول دارم سه اصل زندگی رو اما اگر بمب های اتمی 69,999,000 نفر از جمعیت ایران رو نابود می کردن و هیچ اثری از تمدن نمی موند (مردم کشور های دیگه هم کلا نابود می شدن) مطمئنا با شرایط و اجتماع بسیار سیاهی مواجه می شدیم.
در مرود امید، عشق و ایمان، همه چیز در اختیار بازیباز است. همان طور که در شاهکار Sucker Punch یعنی InFamous بازیکن می تواند شهر را بسازد یا آن را نابود کند، در Fallout هم اگر کسی جرات کند می تواند در راه خوب قدم بردارد. همانطور که بتمن در فیلم Dark Knight با وجود صدمات سنگین جوکر به شهر، مردم و عزیزانش باز هم به نبرد در راه حق ادامه می دهد.
دنیای Fallout به نوعی شبیه دنیای سیاه فیلم No Country For Old Men و یا کتاب The Road است. مرگ و پلیدی آزادانه همه جا می چرخد و هیچ تضمینی وجود ندارد که اعمال نیک، نتایج خوبی رو به همراه داشته باشند. سوال Fallout 3 این است: در این دنیای تباه شده که به نوعی آینده جهان خودمان است، شمای مخاطب چه می کنید؟ مشکل اینه که در دنیای Fallout اصلا کسی نمی تونه به خود کشی فکر کنه چون بقا به حدی مشکل شده که مرگ قبل از فکر به خودکشی انسان های ضعیف تر Wastelands رو شکار می کنه. دو Fallout اصلی، شاهکار هایی بودند که BioShock، Witcher و STALKER از آنها الهام گرفتند. البته در این بازی ها هم شما می توانستی راه خوب را پیش بگیری اما در Fallout راهی نمانده و تشخیص خوب و بد همانند دنیای خودمان دیگر آن قدر ها واضح و آسان نیست.

Biggest Surprise
Bayonetta

If you took Marvel vs. Capcom, turned it into a third-person button masher and added in HD visuals, you’d at least have an idea of what Kamiya (Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe) and Platinum Games are brewing up with Bayonetta.

Forget looking for screenshot or video explanation of why we chose Bayonetta as our biggest surprise of E3; the simply won’t help. Seeing the game in action is the only way to grasp what Platinum is going for with player character Bayonetta– a witch with a penchant for wrecking halo-wearing miscreants. It’s Devil May Cry flair with the other-worldly abilities of God of War’s Kratos. Seriously.
We witnessed Bayonetta summon her hair as a massive, supernatural weapon, call upon a magical guillotine as a foe finisher and do a handstand to peel caps via heel-mounted revolvers; all in about five minutes of game time. Yeah, the witchy woman of Kamiya’s Bayonetta surprised us big time.

Best RPG
Fallout 3

When Bethesda brought The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to the Xbox 360 just a few months after its launch, the incredibly deep RPG stayed in players’ systems for weeks, even months, as they tried to squeeze every drop out of the game. Now Bethesda is looking to recapture lighting in a bottle with another RPG—this one based on a classic franchise from Interplay.

When Fallout 3 comes out, it’ll be have some similarities to Oblivion seeing that it’s on the same engine, but the format is quite different, with more powerful weapons and the help of V.A.T.S., which enables you to pause the battle and get some “assisted-targeting” to show the probability of damage on the target’s various body zones. It adds a cool tactical side to the gameplay.
One of the best parts of Fallout 3, though, is the subtle humor that shows itself in and around the intense action. This title looks like it’ll be incredibly entertaining and offer plenty of adversity for you to overcome.

Best Announcement
Final Fantasy XIII

A 21st century Xbox press conference with nary a mention of the Halo IP is shocking for sure, but we did still receive “wow”-level announcement from, of all developers, Square Enix.

Sure, we were hoping to hear that now-famous musical chant from Halo at the end of Microsoft’s press conference, but we’re quite excited about what had to be one of the best announcements of the entire E3 summit: Final Fantasy XIII is coming to the Xbox 360…and not five years after it arrives for the PS3.
Square Enix is obviously in good with Microsoft, seeing as how The Last Remnant and Star Ocean: The Last Hope are coming to the 360 sooner than later. But we really learned how in-cahoots Square is with one time software rival with the Final Fantasy XIII announcement. We’re talking about the be-all-end-all of JRPG’s folks, and probably the most famous console gaming IP of all time. This announcement wasn’t just big. It was BIG.

While PS fanboys sit on their chocobos, crying rivers, the dry-eyed Xbox 360 fan will be battling it out in Square Enix’s latest Final Fantasy adventure. We still can’t believe it, which is why, any day now, monkeys will fly out of our butts.

Best Action/Adventure
Resident Evil 5

When you think about the survival/horror genre, a few names pop up as the biggies: Alone in the Dark, Condemned and Silent Hill, among them. However, what many would consider has become the premier franchise is Resident Evil. Best of all, we have a new RE coming to the Xbox 360 next March 13—yes, Friday the 13th.

What we’ve seen of Resident Evil 5 so far is exciting, giving us the thrills and chils that a Resident Evil game should. And being on the Xbox 360, the visuals and soundscape the developers have created is more realistic and stunning than ever before. That translates into a more brutal game, with more blood and guts flying around than a butcher shop.
What we think will be the biggest draw, though, is that RE5 will enable co-op play. A single player can team up with a solid AI character, but we’re expecting that most gamers will want to band together with a friend over Xbox Live. Resident Evil is a game that lends itself to strong co-op, and we’re figuring that Capcom is going to pull out all the stops to make it rock.

Coolest Technology
Geomod from Red Faction: Guerilla

Volition’s GeoMod engine isn’t new; it was used with some success back in 2001 when Volition used it in the original Red Faction. The vision of GeoMod was hard to carry out on consoles sporting processing power now eclipsed by personal PDA’s, however, so Volition jumped at the chance to reinvent GeoMod for Red Faction: Guerilla- a new action epic coming soon to a 360 near you.

The GeoMod engine in Red Faction: Guerilla is the real-deal in current, jaw-dropping video game tech. Remember how LucasArts’ D.M.M. tech wowed us a few years back? Well, GeoMod has done the same thing to us in ’08, but in this case, Volition demoed it for us in-game.

Imagine building an architectural 3D model in AutoCAD, and then having the ability to dozer it. Now picture the dozer honors the structure with a keen attention to the laws of physics as it reduces it to rubble. Oh yeah, said rubble now changes the game space forever. This is essentially what wows us about GeoMod: The chance to alter man-made structures, real time, and have them affect how the user(s) play Red Faction: Guerilla. GeoMod’s current-gen capabilities are particularly appealing in multiplayer mode, but we’re just fine with decimating high-rises with mines, construction equipment and hammers for Red Faction: Guerilla’s compelling campaign as well; the engine is that well done.

Hulk destroy, and soon you will too, with the help of Volition’s fantastic engine.

Best Graphics
Prince of Persia

Cel-shaded graphics sort of had their moment, even becoming so common in games that the style became a bit passé. While you could describe the lush new look for Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia “cel-shaded”, that would be a bit of a misnomer. The developers prefer to call it “illustrative”, since the intent was to have the game look as close to the original concept illustrations as possible.
Screen shots don’t lie, and yes, Prince of Persia does actually look like that when it’s running. But that hardly tells the whole story. The overall art direction truly lives up to the style it follows. One particularly beautiful moment came after defeating a boss. Your new partner Elika pounded the ground with her fist, and the arid corruption-wracked world slowly came to lush flowery life in an expanding ring around her. It was more even purty than the flowers that follow Okami as he runs through his world on one of those other platforms. Prince of Persia looks like the kind of visual treat we haven’t seen in quite awhile.

Best XBLA Game
Galaga Legions

So simple, yet so awesome; the Microsoft PR people had a hard time pulling me off this one. Galaga Legions doesn’t just reimagine the look of the classic arcade shooter, but completely reinvents the gameplay with two small but significant tweaks. One, you see where the enemy ships are going to go before they fly in from off screen. A series of lines swoops across your screen showing you their intended route. Then you have a split second (maybe more like a second and a half) to set up both of your little satellite turrets, pointing in one of four directions. Once the onslaught begins, they’ll fire away blindly for you, taking out anything in their path, while you move around with your constantly firing ship to clean up the mess. Simple, yes, but it adds a layer of strategy that’s very complimentary to the fast paced arcade action. The best part though? It will be available on Live this summer. Save up your points.

Star Wars: Force Unleashed

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the development of LucasArts’ Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for some time now. Being Star Wars fan ever since the first time I watch the original movie as a young kid, I’ve always loved the franchise and it’s something we’ve all grown up with. There have been a lot of video games based on the Star Wars universe, but very few have lived up to expectations.
During last week’s E3 Summit in Los Angeles, we got to take a sneak peek at the game’s opening scene that involved the Sith Lord himself, Darth Vader, as he set out for the wookie home world of Kashyyyk in search of a rebel Jedi that had attracted his attention. The best part of the opening sequence of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is that you actually start out as Darth Vader, which really gives players a sense of the true powers of the Dark Side of the Force. Never has that been more apparent than by the manner in which Vader sets foot onto Kashyyyk. Driven by his intent to wipe the galaxy’s remaining Jedi out of existence, Vader confidently strides through an ongoing battle as if he is not concerned with anything but his mission at hand. Laser blasts burst in the air around him, but he continues forward, slicing and dicing anything that makes the mistake of getting in his way. If you’ve ever wanted to witness the ruthlessness and ferocity of the Dark Side of the Force, Darth Vader’s opening cinematic of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is not to be missed!

Game of the Show
Gears of War 2

What, too obvious? Sorry, but Gears of War 2 looks just that good. And it plays that good too. We’ve had a couple chances now to dig on the multiplayer modes, including the terrific Horde mode. This innovative style of co-operative multiplayer pits five real life players against round after round of increasingly difficult Locust horde baddies. Everyone who has seen it or played it digs it very deeply, and I heard more than one person remark that it was the thing they were most looking forward to about the game.
The only thing we haven’t really seen enough of is the single player mode. But Epic Games’ Cliff Bleszinski gave the world a pretty decent sneak peek at that during the Microsoft press conference. Playing the campaign in co-op mode, he showed us just how much more intense the gameplay is going to be compared to the first game. Not only does the action look hotter, but the game looks better. Gears of War 2 might be the first of the true second generation Xbox 360 games, one that pushes the hardware harder than we thought possible, with amazing vistas sporting deep draw distances, and unbelievably real effects. New weapons got shown off, new stomp animations revealed, swarming enemies and some truly awesome chainsaw action. Oh yeah, and at the end they teased us with the notion of riding a Brumak. You guys better not be teasing, because that would be totally rad.

Cliff said it himself; Gears of War 2 is the most anticipated title being released this holiday season on any platform. Some people might think that’s a bit cocky, but is he wrong? We certainly don’t think so. Gears of War 2 is definitely our most anticipated Xbox 360 game in the pipeline, and the taste we got at this year’s E3 only made us hungry for more.

در مورد Bayonetta، این بازی رو خالق Devil May Cry اصلی و تیم Platinum می سازه (اعضای سابق Clover، خالقان Okami) و قراره همون طور که DMC سبک اکشن ادونچر رو متحول کرد، Bayonetta هم این کارو دوباره بکنه. قهرمانش Bayonetta چند مرحله از دانته دیونه تره و حتی به کفششم تفنگ بسته و با مو و لگد و هر چیزی فرشته و مخلوقات آسمانی رو شکار می کنه:

سایت مخصوص Xbox انتخاب کرده. مطمئنا TeamXbox یک بازی انحصاری Xbox رو بهترین می کنه.

اصلا یک همچین چیزی صحت نداره.

چه ربطی به سایت xbox داره.اتفاقا Teamxbox سایتی هست که بهترین نقد ها و امتیاز دهی رو داره و این هم یک چیز اثبات شده هست.

خیلی جالبه!!!....وقتی که یک سایت معتبری مثل Gamesradar میاد Gears 2 رو به عنوان بهترین بازی انتخاب می کنه , این سایت معتبر نیست , همه مقاله ها و خبر هاش کپی هست و ....

حالا هم که یک سایت فوق العاده مثل Teamxbox میاد Gears 2 رو انتخاب میکنه , این سایت xbox هست و معلومه که یک بازی انحصاری رو انتخاب میکنه!!!!!

حالا اگر هر سایتی بیاد Fall out 3 رو انتخاب بکنه بهترین سایت هست! و یا اینکه LPB رو انتخاب بکنه! , بهترین و معتبر ترین سایت هست.
................
دیگه اینم امروز فهمیدیم که اعتبار UGO از Teamxbox بیشتره!!!!!!!

من به خاطر نظر سایت GamesRadar این رو نگفتم. این سایت که عموما مقاله های Top 10 Babes می زنه و سایتش بیشتر رو مسائل فرعی تمرکز داره و اخبارشو مستقیما از N4G پست می کنه اعتبار زیادی نداره. UGO حداقل کمتر از GamesRadar مقاله ی ***y Fan Art و Booth Babes و غیره می زنه.

در مورد TeamXbox هم من از اونها ایراد نگرفتم. TeamXbox سایت بسیار خوب و معتبریه که مقاله های قابل قبولی می نویسه اما این سایت با تمرکز بر روی Xbox و عناوین انحصاریش ساخته شده.
در مورد رای هم، به نظر من تا زمانی که Mirror's Edge، POP و Fallout 3 هستند بازی های دیگر حرفی ندارند. ممکن است سایت رسمی E3 و GameCriticsAwards هم Fallout 3 رو انتخاب نکنه اما تا زمانی که اسامی برندگان اصلی چاپ بشن، سایت های GamesRadar، UGO و ... همه در یک سطحن و تنها GameSpy، 1UP و IGN هستند که کمی از بقیه جدا هستند (و برای برخی GameSpot هم در این گروه قرار دارد).

من به هیچ وجه قصد توهین به شما و یا بازی Gears of War 2 را ندارم و تنها به عنوان یکی از کارباران سایت نظرم رو در مورد جوایز سایت GamesRadar و TeamXbox نوشتم.
