Outside a few promising flourishes, it ultimately fails to distinguish itself from any number of more engaging co-op offerings, and its best moments hinge on caring about characters who never rise very far above the level of flat, unengaging caricature. There are the seeds for a legitimately great cooperative game buried deep within its cookie-cutter plotting, adequate action, and of course a whole lot of instances when one character has to hoist the other up over a cliff

Stripped of its unique co-operative angle, A Way Out wouldn’t be very good. The gameplay isn’t very deep, and the story is too shallow to make up for it. But add in a second player and the extra element of human interaction and working together to achieve a goal, and it somehow all comes together

If you go into A Way Out thinking its mandatory two-player co-op is a gimmick, you’ll likely come out of it realizing that it couldn’t have been done any other way. Vincent and Leo’s journey will have you and a friend performing tasks together both mundane and dramatic, and the result is a memorable, variety-packed cinematic adventure that feels like what Telltale’s games might’ve evolved into if they’d leaned into game mechanics instead of phasing them out.

A Way Out is an exceptionally unique game. It asks a lot out of its players and demands they work together and trust each other in order to progress. The story is somewhat inconsistent, but offers enough variety and surprises to keep things fresh and exciting. If you are even remotely interested in co-op, A Way Out shouldn’t be missed.

After Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, I came into A Way Out with expectations of a fraught and trying prison escape drama. That’s just the beginning though, and it soon transforms into a fun revenge flick. It doesn’t have the emotional impact of Brothers, and there’s some rough edges from the breadth of ideas that Hazelight include, but most importantly we just had a lot of fun.

The ability to spend time with them, and with my player partner, is A Way Out’s biggest strength, even if the details sometimes lack pizzazz...A Way Out has many faults, but a lack of heart isn’t one of them. Seeing that heart translated into a cooperative play experience makes the journey worthwhile.

Our characters might not have grown closer together, but A Way Out's forced co-op is worth it for the few standout moments it provides.​

تا اونجایی که نقدهارو نگاه انداختم، تقریباً همه گفتن تجربه Co-op خاص و باارزشیه، Leo و Vincent شخصیت های جالبین و گیم پلی هم از اول تا آخر پر از تنوعه. اکثریت هم خیلی از پایان بازی تعریف کردن، به غیر از منتقد گیم اسپات که مثل اینکه از پایان خوشش نیومده. نقد IGN یه تکش برای من جالب بود، گفته بود A Way Out بازی ایه که Tell Tale میتونست بسازه اگر کمی به گیم پلی بازیهاش هم اهمیت می داد
و Polygon هم گفته بازی کمی یاد Life is Strange میندازتش، البته زیاد هم خوشحال نشید:

A Way Out reminds me slightly of Life is Strange, which tells the story of two teenage girls trapped in a small town. Its use of low-cost but emotionally effective facial and body animations also evokes Life is Strange. But unlike in that high school adventure, the personalities of the fringe characters in A Way Out fail to make much of an impact​

اکثر منتقدا به کواپ محور بودن بازی گیر دادن خوب میمردن ی هوش مصنوعی ساده واسه بازی درست کنن ؟

کل زیبایی بازی به همین مورد هست وگرنه تبدیل میشد به کلون سی دلاری یکی از همین اکشن ادونچرهای تو بازار

بازیه قشنگ معلوم جوابه، چه زمانی بهتر برای انتشار این بازی برای خودمون، اون هم توی تعطیلات عید که راحت میشه یه نفر پیدا کرد Couch Co-op باهاش بازی کرد فکر می کنم بیشتر از کواپ آنلاینش حال بده.
حالا گذشته از اینا بازیه ارزونه قیمتش 30 دلار بیشتر نیست تازه اون سیستم Friend Pass Online جالبه، ولی خیلی دوست دارم فروش خوبی داشته باشه، استودیوهای دیگه ترغیب بشن بیشتر از اینجور ریسک ها کنن، در کل از همون اول ایده بازی جالب میزد حالا با انتشار این نقدها به نظر میاد بازی موفق عمل کرده باشه.
