بازی Call of Duty: Modern Warfare، سافت ریبوتی از این فرنچایز محبوب است و طبق گفته‎‌های اکتیویژن، داستانی جذاب و درگیرکننده را ارائه خواهد داد. داستان بازی در مورد گروهی تروریستی است که به سلاح شیمیایی خطرناکی دست می‌یابند. نسخه‌ی جدید سری Call of Duty که توسط استودیوی اینفینیتی وارد (Infinity Ward) ساخته شده است، در تاریخ 3 آبان‌ماه ۱۳۹۸ (۲۵ اکتبر ۲۰۱۹ میلادی) برای کنسول‌های پلی‌استیشن ۴، ایکس‌باکس وان و پلتفرم رایانه‌‌‌‌‌های شخصی منتشر خواهد شد.

Gunfight alone is worth the price of admission.

7 گیم اسپات رو جدی نگیرید همون خانمی بازی رو نقد کرده اون گیر های الکی رو به Days Gone داده بود تو نقدش هم به فسفر سفید و خشن بودن بازی اشاره کرده (در جریان مسائل باشید میدونید چی میگم) و یـ جا هم میگه چرا کرکتر زن کمپین بیشتر از این بهش پلی تایم نرسیده و این صحبتا خلاصه از کنارش شیک و مجلسی رد بشید .....

The game lacks a bit of depth (more hours for the campaign in particular) to constitute the perfect picture. But not to the point of not being an indispensable part of your collection for this end of the year.

منتهي منتقدها طبق معمول سليقه اي عمل كردن و نمرات اونقدري كه بايد بالا مي بود نشد واقعا زير ٨٨ ظلمه به اين سري كالاف...

من این بازی رو از وقتی شروع کردم نمیتونم یه لحظه هم دست ازش بکشم
به شدت خوش ساخت و جذابه
راجب اون ۷ گیم اسپاتم حیف که فحش بدیم بن میکنن خاک بر سر سایتشون که اعتبار خودشون رو با این مسخره بازیا قهوه ای میکنن
COD بدون شک با این نسخه برگشته به روزای خوبش

به شدن مراقب نقد گیم اسپات و ign باشید مخصوصا ign اینا از روزی که بازی پشت در های بسته نمایش داشت دارن بازی رو میکوبن که چرا مزخرفات pc culture و فمنیستی تو بازی نیست.
