DVD1:
1. Open the big ISO file with any DVD ISO utility or the DVD itself.
2. Remove Langfr~1.cab & Langua~2.cab for the french files and Langge~1.cab & Langua~1.cab for the german files.
3. Remove Core.cab as it's the next big file and we need to squeeze down to 1DVD5. Core.cab will be present on DVD2.
4. Save as DVD1.iso. Label doesn't matter. Its size should be roughly 4.1GB.
DVD2:
1. Re-open flt-cnc3.iso with any DVD ISO utility.
2. Remove everything (folders, files) except Core.cab.
3. Save as DVD2.iso. Label doesn't matter. Its size should be roughly 1.1GB.
Now, upon installing (mount DVD1.iso with any virtual device utility or burn it onto a fresh DVD), as the french and german files are missing, there isn't any posibility of choosing to install those files (it's an option during install).
Next, the install will continue until it will popup an error message window, about the missing Core.cab. Fortunately, the error message window provides the Retry button, which allows us to mount DVD2.iso instead of DVD1, where Core.cab resides. After that, hit Retry and the installer will continue extracting the files.
Near the end of the install, the installer will ask you nicely, this time, to insert Disk: 1, which you will do, and the process ends with applying any means of protecting your DVDs from damage (or whatever) with the NoDVD utility, where it is legal.
