It’s a bloated, often incoherent game, but the most frustrating thing about Resident Evil 6 is that (Chris’s focus on cover shooting aside) it’s not an unimaginative one. It might feel padded at times, but Capcom always has something new to show you after the filler, such as a fresh campaign, another repellent boss form, a surprising enemy type, a co-op vehicle section, or an odd location to explore. Even replaying a chapter from the perspective of your teammate will offer a tweaked weapon set and slightly altered routes. In always trying to offer something more, Resident Evil 6 fails to refine what it has already given you. And whatever else you might say about the game, it achieves something that its predecessor never did: it steps out of Resident Evil 4’s shadow and becomes its own game. Sadly, it’s a game that redefines the series as a loose collection of action scenarios with a shared theme of mild sci-fi horror. It’s a game so eager to please that it can’t settle on an identity. And it’s a game that marks a critical point in the series’ history. Resident Evil might have lost interest in pure horror a while back, but it seems Capcom would rather you were thrilled than afraid.

RE6 presents blockbuster-caliber entertainment, sure, but it also forces you to revisit rough portions of gameplay and rarely challenges a player outside of arbitrary difficulty levels and cheap deaths via phoned-in quick-time events. The unfortunate truth is that Capcom hasn't figured out a new way to terrify gamers in the eight years since RE4. While building on that game's masterful formula of stop-and-pop gunplay is a smart approach, RE6 serves as proof that too many compromises and too much empowerment can ultimately erode what makes Resident Evil, at its core, work.

The game represents a tremendous amount of effort and investment and, for those impressed by such things, Resident Evil 6 may delight. But all the effort in the world won't make up for a lack of vision. This game is blind to imagination and focus. Capcom's uncertainty about the series' identity post-Mikami (and post-Uncharted) is hardcoded into its structure: four campaigns offering different, flawed expressions of that potential. And the inevitable price for this wavering is a lack of coherence. Resident Evil 6 is an unwieldy tribute to the series' past, an uneven expression of its present and an unwelcome indication of its future.

Resident Evil 6 is a truly immense RE title that succeeds as a third-person action shooter, but falls flat on its face as a survival horror game. Yes, times have changed, but if Dead Space can still provide a good balance of scares and set-pieces, then why can't Resi? Here's hoping that Capcom sees the next-generation of consoles as a golden opportunity to take Resident Evil back to its roots. Or perhaps a reboot is in order. Until then, Resident Evil 6 is certainly not a bad game by any means, just a bit of a disappointment. Nonetheless, it'll still get its slimy hooks into you if you let it.

Resident Evil 6 leaves players with the shell of a blockbuster game. It blusters along with massive explosions and insane plot twists, but it lacks a fundamental understanding of why action games are fun. In the end, Resident Evil 6 resembles one of its grotesque mutations — bloated, out of control, and recklessly trying to consume everything around it. Capcom has built a real monster here.

Capcom has loaded an unprecedented amount of content on one disc. Unfortunately, that drive to do it all has created some quality gaps. The game occasionally pulls the camera away from the action to show off a new goal or destination, leaving you open to blind cheap shots. The most annoying bug I encountered makes a boss unbeatable during Leon’s co-op campaign, marring the otherwise excellent climactic battles. Capcom promises some of these issues will be fixed with a day one patch, but we reviewed the game on the disc. Over the years, the tone of the Resident Evil series has morphed from a George Romero horror flick to Michael Bay summer blockbuster. That metamorphosis into insane action is front and center in Resident Evil 6, and bringing a buddy along for the chaos is great fun. The game’s minor flaws don’t hold back the decadent experience from being an unhinged, flaming rollercoaster ride.

بازی تقریبا خوبی هست ولی واقعا این روز ها کسی حال داره وقتش رو برای بازی تقریبا خوب بزاره.این روز ها بعضی از بهترین بازی های سال اونقدر کشش ندارن چه برسه به این بازی.
در ضمن این RE با این همه هایپ و غیره آخرش هم نمره اش شد مثل این SH جدیده که.کلا فکر کنم دسته جمعی می خوان سبک وحشت رو حذف کنن

کیوان میدونی چی راجع به این منتقدای Gamespot و ... که میخوان بگن خیلی باحالن میشه گفت ؟! Fu** 'em all ! راجع به Fan ام دیگه نمیشه چیزی گفت , الان وضعیت طوری شده که اگه RDR2 رو بسازن و یه سری حال نکنن میگن از 1990 تا حالا باهاش زندگی کردن ! تو برو بازی رو بگیر و حالشو ببر چی کار دیگران داری ؟! آمار فروششم مطمئنم خوب میشه و هوادارای واقعیم میخرن و میپسندن ! چیزی که من توی دمو بازی کردم و توی تریلرا دیدم یه RE بود که پایش همون RE کلاسیک بود و فقط مدرنتر شده بود و نرمتر از قبل ! باور کن اگه این بازی رو هرجور دیگه میساختن بازم یه سری که کارشون روشن فکر بازی و فن بازی (از نوع فیک) هست باز میومدن میگفتن ما RE با '"المانهای" کلاسیک (حالم از این اصطلاح بهم میخوره!) میخوایم که حس ترس و ... رو منتقل کنه و دوربینش فلان باشه و کنترلش فلان باشه و ... اما هنوز نمیدونن مهمترین چیزی که میتونه RE رو RE کنه داستانشه ! بیخیال بعضی وقتا بحث کردن فایده نداره ! اگه بحثای راجع به David Cage یا COD یا ... به جایی رسید توام میتونی یه سری چیزا رو روشن کنی !

وقتی RE4 اومد خیلی از فنها اومدن و اعتراض کردن چون یه تغییر 180 درجه توی این سری بود ولی بازی بد از آب در اومده بود؟! نه برعکس بهترین بازی اون سال هم شد و همه تحویلش گرفتن..
همه این منتقدا منجمله فن بیس بازی که خز و خیل نیستن . شما حق نداری به همه مخالفا برچسب بزنی که کسی چیزی حالیش نیست. اگه بازی خوب و با کیفیت از آب درمیومد، هرچند که متفاوت از سری قبل باشه مطمئن باش تحویل گرفته میشد و این فضاحت به بار نمیومد.

واقعا من دليل شادي يك عده رو نميدونم.بازي بد بوده.بهش اميد نداشتين.خب الان امتيازات پايين از آب در اومده اينكه جاي شادي نداره.من دارم خون گريه ميكنم كه يكي از بهترين بازي هاي طول زندگيم اينقدر سطحش پايين اومده.حالا چه كاپكام بخواد درس بگيره يا نگيره.

كاش بازي با همين روال مدرن خوب از آب درميومد و كاپكام درس نمي گرفت.درس گرفتن كاپكام به من چه.3 سال ديگه بايد صبر كنيم تا شايد يك RE ديگه ببينيم.

گرچه من خودم بازي كردم و بيشتر از اين امتيازات راضي بودم.

كاش به جاي 30 ساعت كمپين همون 10 ساعت ليون رو بيشتر روش كار ميكردن.به خدا وضعيت خيلي بهتر ميشد.

Vanquish با 5-6 ساعت كمپين و يك داستان آبكي از گيم اسپات 9 گرفت بعد اين 4.5.عدم مدريت به اين ميگن كه بياي 30 ساعت رو با هزار تا باگ و مشكل درست كني در حالي كه بهترين بازيها همون 7-8 ساعت گيم پلي دارن و اين يك استاندارده و اگه اين هم همون قدر گيم پلي داست هيچ كس خرده نمي گرفت.

من میخوایم اینا همون 5-6 ساعت گیمپلی ارائه بدن ولی بی نقص و عالی ارائه بدن. بازی خوب به طولانی بودن نیست که

کپکام با این امتیازها خواهد فهمید که باید به فن های اصلی این بازی احترام بگزار و نباید فقط به فکر فروش باشه..
باید همان المانهای که RE رو به این جایگاه رسانده رو حفظ کنه و نباید دست به تقلید کورکورانه از بازیهای تازه به دوران رسیده بزنه..

مسوولین شرکت وزین کپکام مثل شماها نشستن ببین GS به بازی چند میده تا از شدت ناراحتی خشتک بدرن و یا از شدت خوشحالی باز هم خشتک بدرن! در واقع انها کار خودشون رو کردن، یه بازی ساختن که فروش میکنه و همین الان که شماها دارید بخاطر امتیازها و تحلیل بلایی که سر RE امده به خودتون آسی روحی وارد میکنید به افتخار فروش بالای بازی میرن بالا!


زمانی که با هر وضع نمره ای بازی میفروشه یعنی یه میدل فینگر بزرگ به سمت همه مخالفین!

مایکل بی یه مصاحبه معروف داره بعد از ترنسفرمرز 2، یه همچین انگشتی نشون منتقدا داده بود! و گفته بود اونا هیچی نمی فهمن، وقتی فیلم داره می فروشه...! یه نقد هم Evil 6 داره، دقیقا اولش این جوری شروع می شه:

رزیدنت اویل 6 مثل فیلم های مایکل بی می مونه.
