LG LX9500 is a very minimalistic TV. The bezel around the panel is reduced to a minimum and the cabinet is very slim. LG has still found room for a direct LED system with local dimming and this is impressive. We are less impressed with the position of the inputs/outputs, though. They’re all pointing towards the back wall.

LX9500 has pretty much the same picture characteristics as the LE8500 that we tested some time ago. This means fast response time because of the scanning backlight system, inky blacks because of the local dimming system and accurate colors because of the THX mode. But it also has the cons such as halos and horizontal bands from the local dimming system.

The DLNA system is fair but the Internet system is not convincing. The glass front of the TV also reflects a lot of light and in the 3D mode this can be a problem during daytime. The 3D picture quality has a lot of depth and the 3D glasses are good in my opinion. But LX9500 also suffers from more 3D crosstalk than Panasonic VT25/VT20 and it is too visible for my taste.

All in all LX9500 is pretty much a LE8500 with added 3D support. This means very good picture characteristics in the 2D mode and one of the best pictures from a LCD-TV today but the 3D picture quality is not on par with our Panasonic VT25/VT20 3D reference.

LG LE8500 یکی از مدلهای High end تلویزیونهای LCD ال جی برای سال 2010 هست که از بک لایت LED با آرایش local dimming استفاده میکنه این نوع آرایش LED ها باعث میشه که تصویر کنتراست بالاتر در نماهای کامپلکس(مخلوطی از نماهای پر نور و کم نور) داشته باشه.
از نظر بازتولید میزان رنگ مشکی LE8500 عمیق ترین رنگ مشکی رو در بین همه LCDـهایی که تا به الان ساخته شدن داره و تنظیمات گسترده تصویر که LG بر روی پنلهاش قرار میده کمک کرده تا میزان دقت رنگ این پنل هم در حد خیلی عالی و بهتر از B8500 سامسونگ و LH90 ال جی باشه.
از نظر یکنواختی شدت نور این پنل چندان جالب عمل نمیکنه و صفحه نمایش اون در محیطهای پر نور رفلکشن زیادی داره که چندان جالب نیست با این اوصاف LG LE8500 از نظر کیفیت تصویر واقعا یک پنل برجسته محسوب میشه و سایر رقبای LCD ساز رو به راحتی به چالش میکشه.
از دیگر مشخصات جالب این پنل میشه به ضخامت نازک اون که فقط 1.4 اینچ هست اشاره کرد که دکور جذابی رو هم برای این پنل به ارمغان آورده.

مشکی عمیق, جزئیات در سایه های فوق العاده, دقت رنگ بسیار زیاد, زاویه دید بهتر نسبت خیلی از LCDـها , اثرحاله ای کم, امکانات اینترنتی زیاد , تنظیمات گسترده, پنل زیبا با ظاهری شیک و براق , ضخامت 1.4 اینچ, مصرف انرژی کم.

نکات منفی:

The bad: Expensive;uneven backlight uniformity; adjustable dejudder doesn't work well; subpar bright-room performance; benefits of 240Hz difficult to discern; some stray illumination and uniformity issues.

گران قیمت, عدم یکنواختی شدت نور بک لایت به شکل غیر معمول , گزینه های مرتبط با تنظیم کنندگی حرکات زیاد خوب کار نمیکند, در محیطهای پر نور چندان خوب عمل نمیکند, قابلیت 240 هرتزی در عمل تفاوت کمی دارد و یکنواختی شدت نور چندان جالب نیست.

مصرف برق این پنل توسط سایت Cnet قبل از کالیبره شدن 90 و بعد از کالیبره شدن 70.99 وات اندازه گیری شده.
