Welcome to NukeZone's 23rd Round! We wish all of you a successful and exciting round. The following adjustments and changes have been made for your enjoyment. Additional changes will be made during the round.
Changes / Additions
* Research Labs now cost $2,000 (decreased from $2,500).
* Shipyards now cost $1,100 (decreased from $1,500).
* War Factories now cost $1,200 (increased from $1,000).
* Power Plants now produce 4,500 power (increased from 3,500).
* Power usage for defense buildings lowered by about 20%.
* Land now add less Networth.
* Walls now add less Networth.
* Market prices have been lowered to 2.5x original price (from 3x).
* Submarines now cost $2,300 (increased from $2,100).
* Stealth Boats now cost $700 (decreased from $725).
* Cruisers now cost $2,000 (increased from $1,900).
* T-2000 Hovercrafts now cost $800 (decreased from $850).
* Heavy Artilleries now have an attack of 95 (increased from 80).
* B-2 Stealth Bombers now have an attack of 130 (increased from 110).
* Submarines now have an attack/life of 180/170 (increased from 140/125).
* Stealth Boats now have an attack/life of 50/70 (increased from 40/65).
* Destroyers now have an attack/life of 75/60 (increased from 65/55).
* Cruisers now have a life of 105 (increased from 70).
* T-2000 Hovercrafts now have an attack/life of 70/35 (increased from 55/30).
* A countdown for each locked deposit on the bank page has been added.
* Secondary Satellite added to status and shared military information pages.
* New Starting Bonuses:
1. Offensive – Max morale capacity changed to 110%, plus 35 turns
2. Defensive – All buildings get a 10% life boost, plus 2 extra sciences per turn, plus 5,000 m2 land
3. Finance – Hourly income increased by 10%, plus raised bank capacity by 50%, plus $250,000 money
4. Shipping – Market and missile orders ship 20% faster, plus ability to choose exact arrival time (up to 12 hours delayed), plus 2,000 m2 land and $150,000 money
* Gold Users no longer have a restriction on the number of times which they can change their Province name without being killed or needing to reset their accounts, however there is a 7 day waiting period between changes.
* The amount of lost clan points is now shown on the global events page when a clan member leaves a clan (how it used to be before when being kicked).
* Once the Satellite Technology research is 100% complete the construction cost of each satellite will be reduced by 20% and each use of a satellite will cost 4 turns instead of 5.
* The “Missiles Sent” column on the clan statistics page has been replaced with “Missile Damage”.
* The amount of land sold so far today is now shown on the sell land page.
* The clan info page now contains a field for clan IRC Channel that can be set on the clan properties page.
* The amount of clan members currently online is now shown next to the total clan members on the clan info page.
* The “[P]id[/P]”, “[C]id[/C]”, “[A]id[/A]” and “[R]id[/R]” Clan Message G-Codes have been removed and replaced with “[P=id]”, “[C=id]”, “[A=id]” and “[R=id]” which were previously Beta G-Codes. Other G-Codes previously only available in Beta have now been added for all Gold / Platinum Clans, for a full list of these click here.

Noticeable Bug Fixes
* Enhanced Tracking Capabilities HQ Operation now works properly for sabotage attacks.
* Spy Satellite reports now add a B for buildings on the spy reports page.
* The “Time to Reach $2,500,000 NW” statistic no longer incorrectly resets when killed.
* The “Time to Reach 2,500 Clan Points” statistic should now be working properly for all users.
* Spy Plane no longer show incorrect attack result when failing against an enemy with a stealth satellite enabled.
* The timer that shows the amount of time before you can join a new clan after leaving a clan is now working properly and has been made more accurate (showing days, hours and minutes at all times).
* And many more fixes...
NukeZone has now been reset for the new round therefore it is now safe for Gold User and Gold / Platinum Clan memberships to be ordered and activated for use in this round.
